## Geographic coverage and delivery model

Headquarters and primary delivery base: Accra, Ghana. Clients and users have been reached across 10+ countries. Engagements are delivered on-site in Accra, remotely, or in a hybrid model. Typical work includes discovery with operational stakeholders, a scoped delivery plan, iterative build with QA gates, and handover that operations teams can run.
